个人简介

刘欣梅  妇产科博士,硕士生导师,副研究员。在Nature MedicineJACI Aging CellSCI杂志上发表论文40余篇,其中以第一作者、通讯或共同通讯作者发表论文十余篇。参编英文专著2部,中文专著2部,主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、作为研究骨干参与3项国家重点研发计划研究骨干、1项国家基金委重大项目、1项国家重大科学研究计划研究骨干。荣获全国“妇幼健康科学技术奖”科技成果奖一等奖1项(8/15)。围绕生殖医学、生殖生理学、配子胚胎胎儿源性疾病的发育起源性等关键科学问题开展系列研究,取得系列学术研究成果。包括:开展配子/胚胎源性疾病相关机制研究,发现生命早期(胎儿期)营养不良导致其子代成年后易患过敏性哮喘的机制(JACI, 2019);开展胚胎着床、母胎界面建立和维持的相关分子机制研究,分析稽留流产自然杀伤细胞有其特定的mRNAlncRNA表达谱,鉴定出与稽留流产发生相关的关键基因和模块 (FASEB J, 2020),揭示离子通道相关蛋白(包括钠离子通道蛋白ENaC、钙调蛋白S100A11)等对胚胎着床及妊娠维持的相关作用 (Nature Medcine, 2012; JCEM, 2012; Physiology, 2014; Sci China Life Sci., 2019);开展多囊卵巢综合征发病(PCOS)新机制研究,探索经典的蛋白激酶参与PCOS发生和发展的机制研究,并证实相关蛋白激酶在女性卵巢功能障碍中的重要作用 (EbioMedicine, 2020; BBRC, 2020)。首次鉴定人类脂肪组织中存在FSHR,并阐明衰老引起机体产生过高的FSH,它能够通过FSHR直接参与脂肪组织功能重塑,致机体发生脂代谢紊乱,这可能是更年期人群内脏脂肪堆积及向心性肥胖高发的直接原因(Aging Cell, 2015)。利用单细胞测序技术,探究人类胚胎胸腺发育的细胞和基因表达异质性,对人和小鼠的胸腺发育的转录特征进行跨物种比较,鉴定了在胎儿胸腺发育过程中有相似转录趋势、与T细胞的αβγδ谱系决定有关的候选基因(Frontiers In Genetics, 2021)。
